I have experience leading and managing teams across regions in APAC (Southeast Asia, India), LATAM and Europe and have implemented marketing initiatives across functions and at scale. Having been part of an internal team as well as agencies, I am also capable of handling multiple stakeholders (internal and external) at any one time. I also specialise in devising marketing strategies through consumer, cultural and data-led insights, execution of campaigns, tracking success and optimisation of initiatives.
I am deeply passionate about creative ideas and strategies that are innovative and push the envelope for brands to set them apart from competitors. My experience revolves largely around my deep interest in the space of beauty, fashion (street and luxury), design, music, culture and the arts. As such, I am driven by exciting partnership opportunities in these spaces and my deep interest in them is what keeps me going. In fact, I recently led my team at Mediabrands Content Studios to win their first ever retainer contract with L’Oréal Malaysia, six months into the role, and we have since become the agency on record for all creator marketing initiatives across all brands in Singapore and Malaysia. I was also the business lead for the LUXE division overseeing some luxe brands like YSL, Kiehl’s, Shu Uemura and Giorgio Armani. I also oversaw all brand strategies across all divisions including Consumer Product Division (CPD), L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) and Professional Products Division (PPD).
